our u14s gave up a big battle to a strong  aggressive Pontypridd u14s, with ponty opening the scoreboard  with a converted try followed by a try from one of our newbys James harriman and converted by Ceejay Purnell the game was end to end with ponty scoring a unconverted try then going into halftime 12-7 after half time Rtbs came out fighting strong with turning the ball over from the kick off a miss pass from the scrum half Ceejay Purnell straight to our number 8 Gethin hale who ran over another super try then converted by Ceejay Purnell, ponty was getting really aggressive at this point but ponty ran in another unconverted try score now 17-14 to ponty, from the restart ponty came close to scoring straight away but was held up on the line by mason Rowson so scrum ponty ball which ponty won the scrum but knocked it on and playing advantage our winger Iestyn Powell picked up and was gone the whippet ran the length of the field to score again under the posts which was converted again by Ceejay purnell but ponty wasn't giving up although the air was blue  they came back and scored a unconverted try again but Rtbs didn't give up without a fight, final score Pontypridd 22 Rtbs 21
